Sol Shaolian founded SKS Construction in 1987 and has led the company through a range of successful projects, including seismic retrofitting, balcony repairs, and soft-story retrofits across California. With a Master's in Structural Engineering and early experience as a Plan Checker for Los Angeles, Sol’s leadership has made SKS a trusted name in the industry. His focus on quality and client satisfaction has earned the company 80% of its revenue from repeat clients, showcasing strong, lasting relationships.

Sam J. Shaolian oversees all estimating, engineering, and construction operations at SKS Construction, managing seismic retrofitting, balcony repairs, and other key projects. With a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine and experience at a top U.S. design-build firm, Sam has led projects across residential, commercial, and government sectors. At SKS, he has completed over 200 design-build projects, including ADU construction and seismic retrofitting, delivering efficient solutions and responsible bids while prioritizing client involvement and satisfaction.

Shahab J. Shaolian, Principal Engineer at SKS Construction, specializes in seismic retrofitting and multi-residential, mixed-use, and commercial design. His practical, cost-efficient designs stem from experience with owner-driven projects, including balcony repairs and serving as lead on-site engineer for the Los Angeles Rams Stadium. He holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Cal-State Northridge and a Master's in Architectural Engineering from Cal-Poly San Luis Obispo, with a career that includes award-winning work and managing major projects across Los Angeles.
